Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all services offered by PIMU international and are to be abided by observed by each client in lieu of seeking services.
  • All charges and prices charged for each service are liable to tax application depending on the service and area the service is provided in.
  • All work done is billed either monthly or on completion of project, or at an hourly rate if previously agreed.
  • If the client decides to change the brief or ask for additional work to be put in, they will be informed of the additional cost and charge on the project.
  • Each project is planned on a timeline and done on a schedule, non-adherence to the schedule by client or non-compliance otherwise resulting in poor coordination between company and client resulting in delay of delivery of work will not be company’s responsibility and may also incur additional cost due to engagement of company staff for a longer period of time.
  • Disbursement on behalf of client will result in the company seeking for an advance payment for the project.
  • Any material provided to the company by the client for use in the project will have to have copyrights, license and permissions for use and are to be obtained by the client. The company shall not be held responsible for any copyright infringement on any of this material.
  • The company reserves the right to outsource or freelance any task related to any project if the company considers it necessary and/or in best interest of the project. The task/project shall remain the property and responsibility of the company.
  • The company will not share in any losses incurred by the project to the client or be held responsible for any loss either. Regardless of the outcome the company shall receive full payment for project having completed the task given by the client.
  • By agreeing to give any task/project to the company the client agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions listed in this section. It is the responsibility of the client to provide all the materials to be used in the project especially if any specific instructions or brief is given.
  • Failure to provide material resulting in delay of delivery is solely the client’s responsibility and company shares no responsibility. Moreover, company reserves the right to invoice the client for any work that has already been done even if the project is withdrawn and/or remains incomplete.
  • The client will be notified about the completion of work in time to review it and notify the company of any reasonable revisions the client requires. Failure to notify company about revisions within a 7-day period of delivery and in writing automatically disqualifies the project for further changes by the company.
  • If the company deems any revisions unreasonable, the company reserves the right to terminate contract in lieu of the client being unreasonable with demands and still invoice the client for the work done.
